The Lone Tree Photography Club is a proud supporter of the annual City of Lone Tree Photographic Art Show and Sale. Members of the club participate in setting up the show and also compete for entry into the show.
The event is held at the lovely Lone Tree Arts Center. This magnificent facility is a wonderful place to view the finest photos of the year. Photos are selected by a jury/judge for entry. This highly competitive process helps maintain the high standards for the images chosen for display during the show.
Opening night the public is invited to view the photos while enjoying a Cocktail Reception. Admission is always free, thanks to the support of the Scientific & Cultural Facilities District.
Each year the Lone Tree Photography Club creates a book of images from the show titled Exploring the Light. The book is available to purchase online. Many artists purchase the book as a keepsake and gift for friends and family. Examples are typically available for viewing at the show, or at club meetings (just ask).
