We’re gathering to photograph the Cinco de Mayo celebration on Saturday, May 4, 2019 about noon at Civic Center Park, downtown Denver.
The Cinco de Mayo celebration starts on Saturday, May 4 at Denver’s Civic Center Park. The event will feature musical groups, dancers in colorful costumes, contests for kids, and a lowrider exhibit. Bring a long lens for close-ups of the performances and a wider lens (35-50mm) for street photos. There will be no set meeting point. A good place to start is the Main Stage in the Greek Amphitheater at the south end of Civic Center Park. More information on our Meetup.
